Had a wonderful apartment tour experience. The apartment itself was super clean, modern, and equipped with great appliances. The gym, pool, and community spaces are very spacious and well maintained. The location is also top-notch and very convenient. Special thanks to the leasing agent who gave the tour. She was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience very comfortable. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place worth considering.

Oxlley is a wonderful place to live. It is beautiful. It has everything anyone would want. Fresh coffee, a nice gym, and wonderful clean pool area with grills just to name a few. The people that work there are nice. The residents are kind. This is just a beautiful place to live.

I’ve lived at Oxlley for a little over 5 months now, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time here. When I was looking to move, I researched a lot of different apartment communities across the Oklahoma City metro. I ultimately chose Oxlley because the quality of the build, amenities, customer service, and location felt far superior for the price point. The rents are very competitive and fair for what you receive here. One thing I really appreciate about Oxlley is the intentionality behind the design. Obviously, it’s an apartment building, but that doesn’t mean it has to feel like a dark gray or brown box to live in. Oxlley did something special by creating a space that feels relaxing, inviting, and full of character. From the colors throughout the building, decorative corridor carpeting, landscaping, and unit finishes, to the thoughtfully designed lighting and the flexibility to customize and hang your own fixtures, everything feels carefully considered in a way that allows you to truly make the space your own. Staff is super friendly and awesome at organizing community events. Also, maintenance has been on it. It’s a new build so it’s expected that there are gonna be bumps. My washer wasn’t hooked up right by the builder but they sent maintenance up to square it away and he killed it. Might seem small, but it’s also super secure which I appreciate. If you want a secure, safe, and fun place to live this is it

I've been at the Oxlley since the 1st of the year, this place is awesome! The management and leasing team provide exemplary service, they're friendly and knowledgeable. My unit is a 1 bedroom that feels bigger the the sq feet advertised with excellent amenities (stackable W/D is great) for one and I absolutely love the garage access to my place. The gym is just plain amazing! I had a couple of minor repair issues, expected of course with anything new, and the maintenance was timely and very professional. My girlfriend and I walk to all place great in downtown Edmond like Heard on Heard last week, the Mule weekly, and new La Loba cantina, and can't wait for pool season now that it's getting warm. If you're looking for lux and want a "home town feel", Oxlley is for you! Highly recommend! A few photos below.

Did a tour with Kaylin. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and her willingness to answer any question I had was phenomenal. She was not overbearing or pushy to try and rope me into leasing which I thoroughly enjoyed as pleased with. She explained things in great detail, such as the amenities available, current specials, and the area around the apartment. High recommend touring this community if you are looking for a place to call home.

Just a great experience from visiting, to applying, and renting. Very well thought out touches at the apartments, meeting areas, width of the hallways, color scheme, pool area, community bike racks... such an endless list. Even first day was very thoughtful, with some essentials part of the welcome gift. Highly recommended.

I’m very happy living in this apartment community. The buildings are modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It’s surprisingly quiet here — even with the railway nearby, the train noise is minimal. I love that there’s a park right behind the apartments, perfect for relaxing walks. The washer and dryer are also a big plus because they run very quietly. Overall, it’s a comfortable and peaceful place to live.

5 stars aren’t enough! This place is awesome! Looking for a small apartment near downtown Edmond and found it. Beautiful new place with more room than the sq feet shows. Amenities are outstanding and the property is immaculate. I went to high school here and the downtown area is so revitalized and just fun. (Heard on Hurd, new restaurants, walkability, conveniences, ,everything is right there). I found the Oxlley on a walk-in and met Kaylin. Exemplary, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My customer experience was awesome! I’m moving in this week! If you want to live in downtown Edmond in an amazing, full service property…take a look at the Oxlley. You’ll be as impressed as I am by the quantum physics…the property and the folks that work there!

I am very happy with my move to Oxlley. The apartment is beautiful and I love the amenities …especially the inviting courtyard with a pool, grills, outdoor fireplaces. My experience living at Oxlley has overall been very positive with nice staff and spacious areas. My only gripes are the halls smell of weed very frequently and the place is advertised as “smoke free” and the fire alarm (idk if it’s only false alarms or if they test it) but it will go off very early in the morning (like 5am) or late at night (11). Overall good experience

I moved to Oxlley because I was excited about living in what is advertised as a luxury apartment community. There are things I genuinely enjoy, including the modern design and the community events the staff hosts. However, my experience has also included some disappointments. Most recently, I arrived to host a resident event that had been approved by the leasing office and found the clubhouse had not been cleaned after the previous day's ice cream social. Leftover food, dirty dishes, and serving items were still on the counters, and I observed flies around the food. After my event, I raised my concerns with management, but I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. I have also noticed several stained or discolored areas in the hallway carpets throughout the property. While I understand that normal wear occurs in any apartment community, I expected the common areas to be maintained to a higher standard based on the way the property is marketed.
